Spanish Booster can give discounts on orders of 30 copies or more of same or different titles, and free ground shipping for orders of 20 or more books. Send us an email to request a quote. Be sure to include your name, phone number, which titles you need, how many of each and when you need them. We will contact you as soon as possible. For your convenience, please download this form in advance.

The personal information you enter in your order -- including your billing information -- is protected using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. Paypal uses this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as it is transmitted over the Internet.
-- Safe Shopping Guarantee
Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges in excess of $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. There are similar federal laws that relate to debit cards. Exceptions do apply, and you will have to comply with the rules of your credit card or debit card issuer, so please contact your card issuer for further details.
If a credit card or debit card issuer assesses you a fee because of the unauthorized use of your credit card or debit card on our site, Spanish Booster will reimburse you for such amount up to $20.00. Please contact our Customer Service for details.

Please include in the check additional funds cover costs of shipping, (we will send you a refund if you overpaid) and attach your order with all the details pertaining to item #, description, shipping address, and phone # along with email address. We can't ship any product until we receive your check.

To pay by phone, call us at 1-513-254-0687. Have your credit card information ready.
You can fax your order. Click here to download a form to fax and list on it all books titles, item numbers, and prices, as well as the name on your credit card, credit card number and shipping address. If you are not sure about the shipping charges, we will calculate them for you and will call you back for your approval. As soon as we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your order number.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Typically, your item will be shipped within two (2) business days after we receive your order.
There may also be a delay if items are not currently in stock in our warehouse. If this is the case, you will receive notice by phone or e-mail and you'll be given the option of canceling the order. In rare instances, we also encounter problems processing credit cards. In these cases, we will contact you by phone or e-mail to resolve the problem.
Items are shipped via FedEx ground and USPS.
FedEx ground and generally take 2-4 business days to arrive after a processing time of 48 hours after you place your order by phone or internet. FedEx Next Day service is available for a charge if you call us and request it.
USPS is cheaper but may take longer. If requested we will provide you with a tracking number. Spanish Booster is not liable for any loss that may occur.
CANCELING OR MODIFYING AN ORDER
You can cancel or modify your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To cancel or modify an order just send us an email with your name, purchase order number, and the date in which you placed it. We will email you back to confirm your order cancellation. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will have to follow the steps indicated on our Return Policy.

You can return merchandise, in good condition, within 30 days of delivery. We will replace your purchase or, if you prefer, will issue a refund (excluding shipping cost). Returns are not accepted after 30 days of delivery.
We can not accept returns of any book or product that has obvious signs of use, that is not in its original condition, is damaged or has a missing CD.
