Under federal law, a credit card issuer cannot make you liable for charges over $50.00 that result from the unauthorized use of your credit card. There are similar federal laws that relate to debit cards. Exceptions do apply, and you must comply with the rules of your credit card or debit card issuer, so please get in touch with your card issuer for further details.
If a credit card or debit card issuer assesses you a fee because of the unauthorized use of your credit card or debit card on our site, Spanish Booster will reimburse you for such amount up to $20.00. Please get in touch with our Customer Service for details.

CLASSES POLICY
LANGUAGE CLASSES - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We love to teach and strive to provide the best service and experience. We also like to keep our policies fair and simple.
Please find our terms and conditions below.
Group Classes
-- The Minimum class enrollment is three students, and the maximum is eight. All fees are nonrefundable, and payment is due on the first day of class.
-- There will be a $35.00 service fee on ALL returned checks.
-- There are no refunds for missed or unused classes.
-- The instructor may need to reschedule a class. In such a case, the student will be informed ASAP, and the make-up class will ALWAYS occur.
-- For Holidays that fall on a scheduled class day, all students may schedule a make-up class.
-- In case of extreme weather, the class may be rescheduled. You are responsible for contacting the instructor to reschedule. The instructor may also take the initiative due to variable conditions. Spanish Booster follows the Mason City Schools (OH) closing guidelines regarding weather and emergencies.
Private Classes
-- Terms and Conditions for private classes are individually agreed upon.
